Our Training DIrector

Paul Carmona, known by most TST runners simply as "Coach," has trained hundreds of runners for more than a decade.  From first-time beginners to Boston qualifiers, Coach Paul has developed training plans that offer individualized workouts designed to maximize each runner's ability while strengthening areas needing higher focus. 

A veteran of more than 50 marathons, including 7 Boston finishes, a 100-mile ultra, an Ironman triathlon, and many other distance running events, Coach Paul's training plans can help you improve your form, become a more consistent runner, avoid injuries, and "get you to the start line healthy and the finish line happy."
