This workout is a series of climbs totaling 7.5 miles of running. However, the route can be shortened easily to 2, 3, 4, or any other distances up to 7.5 miles. Water is provided, and ALL are welcome to come out and burn some calories in preparation for the day ahead!
The run starts at 7 am, with breakfast to follow at 8:30 am.

This event is open to anyone interested in joining our run club, those that have been members for years, and those training with us as first-timers.
