Note: These routes generally begin and end at the Lake Austin Asthma & Allergy Clinic, and are the routes often used by Twenty-Six Two Marathon Club for Saturday long runs.

The "Difficulty Scale" is entirely subjective and is based on the raters' years of running endless hilly routes in Austin.
The scale goes from 1 (easy) up to 5 (very hard).

The Barton Hills Loop Approx. 5.0 miles
| Directions (Note: This route starts near the 1.0 mile marker on the trail)
| Difficulty Scale: 3.0 Starts flat but quickly starts climbing along Barton Hills. Serious rolling hills in the middle, then some quad-pounding downhills towards the end.

The Scenic Loop Approx. 6.6 miles

| Difficulty Scale: 3.0 Starts out easy, tough short hills right around miles 2.5 - 4, finishes with rolling hills along Exposition at the end.

The "Short" Hancock Loop Approx. 11.8 miles
| Directions
| Difficulty Scale: 3.5 Challenging hills in the middle, followed by some boring but relatively flat miles on Bull Creek, finishing with tough rolling hills along Exposition at the end.

The Hancock/Shoal Creek Loop Approx. 12.1 mi

| Difficulty Scale: 3.5 Challenging hills in the middle, followed by very nice middle miles along Shoal Creek, finishing with tough rolling hills along Exposition at the end.

The Far West Loop Approx. 14.5 miles
