On April 16, 2007, TST Members Talaya Frazier, Ken Fries, Kate McLaughlin, Megan O'Connor, Thomas O'Connor and Katie Wright ran in the 111th Boston Marathon. The conditions were cold and windy during a record "nor'easter" that fueled speculation that the race would be canceled for the first time in history. The race went off as scheduled, and all of the TST members finished the race despite the challenging conditions.
